What are e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye?
e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye are electronic document schemes regulated by the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı, GİB). e-Fatura is the e-invoice exchanged between two registered taxpayers. e-Arşiv invoices are issued to recipients not registered in the e-Fatura system and to end consumers. e-İrsaliye is the electronic version of the dispatch note.
These schemes are mandatory for businesses that meet the turnover and sector criteria set by GİB. Foreign-owned companies operating in Turkey are subject to the same rules, so we recommend confirming your obligations with your local accountant.

Working with a private integrator
Electronic documents reach GİB through GİB-authorized private integrators. Our module works with the E-Logo and EDM Bilişim platforms: you contract the integrator service directly with the provider and connect Odoo to it with our module.
If you use a different integrator, we evaluate your needs as part of our integration services. For foreign-currency invoices, the CBRT Exchange Rates module keeps rates updated automatically every day.
