Why does an Odoo implementation need an expert team?
Odoo is a modular, open-source ERP that brings sales, accounting, inventory and manufacturing together in a single database. That flexibility is a major advantage, but a poorly designed chart of accounts, missing access rules or a server without backups can lead to reporting errors and data loss in the first months.

Cloud or your own server?
Odoo can run on Odoo Online (SaaS), Odoo.sh or your own server (on-premise or a cloud VPS). Each option has different implications for cost, flexibility and maintenance:
- Odoo Online: The fastest start, but custom Python modules cannot be installed.
- Odoo.sh: Odoo's managed platform with support for custom modules and staging environments.
- Your own server: Full control and freedom to install custom modules; no license fee with Odoo Community.

Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Odoo Community is free and open source; Odoo Enterprise adds full accounting, Studio and extra apps on a per-user subscription. We close the gaps in Community with our Turkey-specific modules: the Partner Ledger module adds account statements and reconciliation reports, and the CBRT Exchange Rates module automates currency rate updates.
